A licensed counselor for 20 years, Kasey has firsthand witness of the healing restoration available when God’s truth and vulnerability collide. She is passionate about creating intentional opportunities for those who are hurting to receive a personal and whole approach to their health. Kasey received her BA in Psychology, MA in Clinical Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Clinical Trauma Specialist, National Board Certified Counselor and Certified Personal Trainer. Kasey & her family have served 15 years in the non-profit sector, 10 of those in the Brazos Valley. She currently oversees the day to day affairs of “The House” as Executive Director. Kasey is a 3x bestselling author and cancer survivor. She is a wife to Justin of 22 years and mother of two.

Ashton McMillen, MS, LMFT, LPC

Ashton is passionate about helping couples, families, and adult women* navigate and resolve a multitude of conflict. She believes that all behavior makes sense in context and helps clients find healing by not only gaining insight about that context, but by teaching tools and alternatives for living life in a way that is honoring to God, themselves, and those they are in relationship with. Ashton holds a Biblical, holistic world view, and uses a systemic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She also incorporates EMDR, structural, and restoration therapy depending on the need of the client. Ashton is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and a recognized SMART Step-Family Therapist. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. When she is not with clients, Ashton finds significant joy in being a wife and mother of 3.

Angelica Patton, DC, MS

Angelica graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017, where her deep involvement in the fitness community sparked a passion for understanding the human body and exploring alternative medicine. She continued her education at Parker Chiropractic College, earning her degree in April 2021. Angelica views movement as medicine, emphasizing the body is designed for motion. This philosophy underpins her approach to chiropractic treatment, where she draws on extensive knowledge of soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation strategies, and neuromuscular patterning. Angelica’s care is holistic, tailored to each individual’s needs and designed to enhance their overall well-being. She aims to support the full expression of each person’s vitality and health. Ryan is passionate about helping people find healing and hope in all areas of their lives: emotionally/mentally, physically, spiritually, and relationally. He has over 20 years of ministerial experience in pastoral care and cross-cultural advocacy settings. He graduated from Texas A&M in 2001, from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2014, and Lamar University with a Masters in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling in 2024. He is under the supervision of Cameron House, LPC-S. He takes an eclectic approach to counseling, incorporating methods from transactional analysis and internal family systems, as well as rational emotional behavioral therapy. Ryan’s unique ability to listen empathetically without judgement gives people the platform to be heard and valued, while also helping the client move toward their goals through challenge, support, and giving practical tools. Ryan and his wife have been married for 21 years they have 17-year-old twins.

Jessica is a 2003 graduate of The Austin School of Massage Therapy and has been working in the Brazos Valley since graduation. Rachel is a West Texas gal turned Aggie & B/CS has been her home since 2017. She married a local boy in 2022 & officially planted roots in Bryan after they bought their first home. Rachel has been in the fitness industry for over about 5 years, doing everything from private sports lessons, coaching group fitness classes and personal training. She grew up playing sports and was always very active and healthy. It wasn't until a serious injury took away her ability to move for a while that the Lord opened Rachel’s eyes to something more than sports. He taught her the value of stewarding her body as a whole for the sake of her physical wellness and, most importantly, His glory. Rachel’s passion for teaching others the same thing is mixed with a love of competition & movement that creates a challenging, hopefully fun & sweaty experience! She is certified through ACE and brings experience from strength training classes, aerobic training, HIIT classes, mobility & sports performance. She loves riding horses, reading books, and renovating her home with her husband. She is currently enrolled in the Functional Nutrition Alliance a she pursues her functional nutrition certification.

For fun, Allison enjoys creating wholesome content through a family lens for over 1.2 million TikTok fans, long road trips with her family, girls’ nights out with her friends, thrifting, reading, and spending time at the beach. Kole was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He is a fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2025. Kole grew up playing baseball and basketball, and once he graduated high school, fitness became his personal passion. He started his fitness journey at a gym in Cypress, and most recently has been coaching at F45 for the past 1.5 years. His favorite aspect about being a trainer is getting to help each clients progress from one session to the next. His goal as a trainer is to make a positive impact with every client and push them to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Kole is an ISSA CPT. In Kole's free time, he is with is dog Blue, going on walks and runs, playing at the park or watching the Astros with her.

Endya has been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through NASM for almost 2 years now. She is currently finishing up her kinesiology degree at A&M and will be graduating in the spring. Endya played softball at Morehead State University before medically retiring. The Lord radically changed her life in that time period; she now sees that she is only defined by Jesus and not her successes. Being a college athlete taught Endya about endurance, perseverance, and self discipline, and going through rehabilitation taught her about limits, boundaries and motivations. She believes that fitness and Faith go hand-in-hand. Our fitness journey can sometimes be a great representation of our spiritual journey. Self-discipline and motivation are so important in our walks with the Lord. She is very passionate about exciting people to work out and exciting them about all the good that the Lord has done in their lives. Endya's approach to fitness is to encourage you to do things that you enjoy that are good for your body and to push you past points you feel like you can’t push yourself. There’s a healthy balance of pushing and stopping; she wants to help you find that.

She also emphasizes the importance of fueling your body properly & taking ample recovery to maximize those workouts! Alex is both a proud Bryan-College Station native and Texas A&M graduate. She is a coffee connoisseur, an avid sunset watcher, and a big country music gal! Her ultimate aim is to guide clients in using their bodies to honor the Lord and to experience the profound peace that comes from an intimate connection with Him.

As an ACE certified personal trainer for over 2 years, Natalie has experience working with a variety of populations and levels of fitness. As a Spanish speaker, she is eager to reach more of the BCS community. She’s looking forward to working with you and helping you achieve your fitness goals! Natalie was born and raised in San Diego, California so she absolutely LOVES the beach! She graduated with her B.S in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M in 2022. She is currently in her 2nd year of vet school here at A&M and wants to practice small animal emergency medicine. She teaches cycling and strength classes in addition to personal training. Karsen was born and raised right here in Bryan, Tx. He is a local homeschooled high school student who loves the game of basketball. Karsen plays competitive basketball and dreams of playing on a college team; even pro one day! He serves in leadership with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is involved with his youth group at Faith Bible Church. There he enjoys serving on the sound production team. Karsen loves spending time with his friends and family. He is excited to serve his community by working on projects around “the house” and creating a nice, clean space for those to enjoy on their wellness journey.
