The massage by Natolie was incredibly therapeutic and helped release tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. The workout class Barrelates was just as fantastic—challenging, well-guided, and adaptable for all levels. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely encouraging, which makes you want to keep coming back. It feels like a place where your wellness truly matters, not just physically but socially too. Highly recommend! Andy IslesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Made well house about a year ago. I have nothing but praise for the ministry. After many years of visiting “corporate” counselors, the therapist at Madewell saw me as person, not just a number. I actively try and work out in there gym two times a week. I never realized how our minds and bodys regulate each other. The Made-well trainers are top notch! Since I’ve been exercising my anxiety levels have not spiked as much or as often. As an added benefit, I’ve even lost weight and gained muscle. The Made-well house has a warm, inviting, and tranquil atmosphere for people from all walks of like. If you are looking for community then ya’ll should try it out. Hannah MunnerlynTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so grateful for Made Well House and the friendships there. Everyone is so kind, and the staff does an incredible job of connecting mind, body, and soul into holistic health. I’m a first time mom so I needed a new gym with childcare. MWH has made the transition into a fitness program and childcare really easy! Love MWH and everything this place has to offer! Positive energy, expert coaching, great community, and the Christian worldview infused throughout every aspect of the experience! I have been going to Made Well since May and have enjoyed each class I have taken with Endya (Body Balance), Audrey (Restore Yoga), and Cortland (Power Hour HIIT). This summer I’ve stuck with power hour and it is a great class from beginners to advanced because you are given the ability to push yourself but also take a step back if you need to. Cortland has done a great job of including different types of exercises this summer, you definitely will break a sweat, but Cortland will cheer you on every chance she gets. I promise it’s worth it when you are alongside other women that have the same goal in mind; taking care of the body the Lord has given them. The childcare is also a great perk as a mom and I trust the workers caring for our children. Would recommend over and over! I have tried every other group fitness class BCS has to offer but NOTHING compares to Madewell. From Total body tone with Rachel to Strength with Endya and Jeremy or Yoga with Audrey, you cannot go wrong with a class here! Small class sizes with coaches that care is what keeps me coming back! I’ve been taking his Coed Strength Training classes (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), and every session is amazing. Jeremy always comes prepared and brings such a great energy that keeps you motivated before, during, and even after the workout. You can really tell how passionate he is, he puts a lot of thought into every session. What I especially appreciate is how attentive he is. He gives gentle corrections when my form is off and somehow always knows when I need an extra push. It’s like he can sense where each of us is mentally and physically and gives exactly what we need to stay on track. If you’re thinking about joining, I highly encourage you to sign up for his Coed Strength Training class. You won’t be disappointed! Coach Jeremy’s 6:00am strength classes are filled with energy & fun, as well as a great work out. Couldn’t recommend it more!Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 96 reviews
