    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    A licensed counselor for 20 years, Kasey has firsthand witness of the healing restoration available when God’s truth and vulnerability collide. She is passionate about creating intentional opportunities for those who are hurting to receive a personal and whole approach to their health. Kasey received her BA in Psychology, MA in Clinical Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Clinical Trauma Specialist, National Board Certified Counselor and Certified Personal Trainer. Kasey & her family have served 15 years in the non-profit sector, 10 of those serving the Brazos Valley community. She currently oversees the day to day affairs of “The House” as Executive Director. Kasey is a 3x bestselling author and cancer survivor. She is a wife to Justin of 22 years and mother of two.

    Ashton McMillen, MS, LMFT, LPC-A

    DIRECTOR OF COUNSELING SERVICES

    Ashton is passionate about helping couples, families, and individuals navigate and resolve a multitude of conflict. She believes that all behavior makes sense in context and helps clients find healing by not only gaining insight about that context, but by teaching tools and alternatives for living life in a way that is honoring to God, themselves, and those they are in relationship with. Ashton holds a Biblical, holistic world view, and uses a systemic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She also incorporates EMDR, structural, and restoration therapy depending on the need of the client. Ashton is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, and a recognized SMART Step-Family Therapist. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. When she is not with clients, Ashton finds significant joy in being a wife and mother of 3.

    Dr. Rice has been serving the local community for 13 years and during that time has seen some of the limitations of the current medical system.     Jessica is a 2003 graduate of The Austin School of Massage Therapy and has been working in the Brazos Valley since graduation. She is a skilled and passionate therapist who believes that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain. Jessica offers a wide range of modalities, including her favorite, deep tissue, along with Swedish, hot stone, and prenatal. She also offers a variety of enhancements for your massage experience, including hot towels, aromatherapy, cupping, and fascia blasting. Jessica takes a holistic approach to her practice, looking not only at the physical but emotional and mental aspects of her clients well being. By creating a warm and relaxing environment, her goal during each session is to tailor the massage to the clients specific needs and wants to further help them to relax, ease their pain, and renew their sense of well being. When Jessica is not helping other, you can find her chauffeuring her 4 kids around and spending time with her husband Troy.

    Whitney’s educational background includes a MS in Professional Counseling from Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, as well as a BS in Behavioral Science. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas (#76655). Whitney’s greatest passion is bringing healing to women who have experienced trauma, whether that be sexual abuse, betrayal of a spouse, grieving a lost loved one, or complex family of origin trauma. Whitney has been trained in a range of therapeutic techniques including EMDR, IFS, Art Therapy, Shadow Work, and Theraplay. Her goal is to create a safe space, to come alongside you in your trials and sufferings, to radiate the love of Christ, and point you to the Ultimate Healer who wants to relieve you of your burdens. She is supervised by Dr. Chris Wilder, LPC, LPC-S, and offers counseling services to individuals of all ages. Kimberly is currently enrolled through the Trinity School of Natural Health, pursuing her Certified Natural Health Professional credentials. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with friends and family, as well as outdoor adventures! Kimberly is a wife and mom to a basketball-lovin’ boy.     Rachel is a West Texas gal turned Aggie & B/CS has been her home since 2017. She married a local boy in 2022 & officially planted roots in Bryan. Rachel has been in the fitness industry for over 3 years, doing everything from private sports lessons, coaching group fitness classes and personal training. She grew up playing sports; was always very active and healthy. It wasn't until a serious injury that took away her ability to move for a while that the Lord opened Rachel’s eyes to something more than sports. He taught her the value of stewarding her body as a whole for the sake of her physical wellness and, most importantly, His glory. Rachel’s passion for teaching others the same thing is mixed with a love of competition & movement that creates a challenging, hopefully fun & sweaty experience! She is certified through ACE and brings experience from strength training classes, aerobic training, HIIT classes, mobility & sports performance. She Is currently enrolled in the Functional Nutrition Alliance a she pursues her nutrition certification.

    Allison is a disciple of Christ, wife to Seth, and mother of five. With a passion for Thy Kingdom Come Allison believes in playing her part in the renewal and transformation of communities through walking humbly, acting justly and loving mercy. For her, Micah 6:8 includes writing and podcasting, hospitality and service, and social activism to cultivate love and hope. She also travels to speak and teach for ministry events. Allison is a trauma informed certified yoga instructor who believes in the healing power of bringing all things into alignment and breathing through what ails us. For fun, Allison enjoys creating wholesome content through a family lens for over 1.2 million TikTok fans, long road trips with her family, girls’ nights out with her friends, thrifting, reading, and spending time at the beach.     As an ACE certified personal trainer for over 2 years, Natalie has experience working with a variety of populations and levels of fitness. Her focus for clients is proper form, functional movement, and mobility. Natalie wants her clients to gain confidence not only in the gym, but in themselves. She is looking forward to working with you and helping you achieve your fitness goals!

    A little bit about Natalie: She was born and raised in San Diego, California so she LOVES the beach! She graduated with her B.S in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M in 2022. She is currently in her 2nd year of vet school at A&M and wants to practice small animal emergency medicine. She teaches cycling and strength classes in addition to personal training. In her free time, she loves to read, especially historical fiction (one of my favorite authors is Kristin Hannah- please send me recommendations!), watch planes fly, and practice Spanish. She is never not listening to music and is a firm believer that barefoot shoes will change your life.

    Kole was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He is a fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2025. Kole grew up playing baseball and basketball, and once he graduated high school, fitness became his personal passion. He started his fitness journey at a gym in Cypress, and most recently has been coaching at F45 for the past 1.5 years. His favorite aspect about being a trainer is getting to help each clients progress from one session to the next. His goal as a trainer is to make a positive impact with every client and push them to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Kole is an ISSA CPT. In Kole's free time, he is with is dog Blue, going on walks and runs, playing at the park or watching the Astros with her.

  • Novey Arrieta, GFI

    GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

    Novey found her passion of leading others to feel peace and confidence at Texas A&M while pursuing her degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. She started teaching Pilates and Yoga with the Rec Center in 2021 as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor and is currently pursuing a Balanced Body Pilates certification. Helping others to find the light of Christ is one of Novey's goals; she believes that there are physical, emotional and spiritual benefits to group and personal fitness. Novey will inspire you to take steps towards your health and wellness. She will graduate with her B.S. in Kinesiology in May 2024 and is marrying her Fiancee, Caleb, next year!
