Scholarship Application

Scholarships are available for mental health services only as monthly donations allow. If you are interested in applying for a lower rate in counseling, please complete the following application. Be sure to upload the following items with your submission. Your application will not be processed by our Executive Board until all items are received. We personalize each request based on your current income and specific need. 

• 3 consecutive months of 2026 pay stubs from employer or most recent tax return,
• 1 letter of recommendation from non-family members submitted to office@madewellhouse.com (or uploaded here)
• Scholarships are available to Brazos Valley residents only who file taxes independently & financially support themselves.
