A Holistic Approach to Your Mental Health

Our therapists take the time to understand your life and experiences thoroughly. We do this so we can walk alongside you in the most effective and caring way. We learn about your environment, past and present relationships, challenges and traumas, stressors, and your physical condition. Then we will work together to determine goals of therapy custom fit for you.

When You Need More Than Talk Therapy
In times of deep distress, a powerful intervention may be what it takes to shift momentum. If your nervous system feels on edge or you’re ready to jumpstart your healing journey, an integrative counseling intensive can help you move forward.

Blending focused counseling with nervous system support, this intensive is designed to move you toward stability, mental health, and lasting change. Our integrative approach addresses your mind-body-soul needs through somatic therapy work, including regulated exercise and nutritional assessment and support.

Weekend Rate $1800 ( 2 nights, 12 hours of counseling, all meals & lodging provided)

Couple's Intensive

Do you feel stuck spinning your wheels while nothing ever changes? Get moving in the right direction again with a couple’s intensive.

If you’ve found yourselves saying, “We can’t keep going like this,” you’re not alone. Whether you’re stuck in cycles of conflict or losing hope for change, a customized couples intensive may be just what you need to break the cycle and move forward.

These focused sessions address key areas like communication, infidelity, intimacy (emotional, spiritual, or sexual), ongoing conflict, and the lasting impact of family history—tailored to your unique relationship.

Weekend Option Only Rate $2800 (2 nights, 12 hours individual and couple counseling, all meals & lodging provided)

Crisis Intervention

If you or someone you love is experiencing deep hopelessness or overwhelming despair, our crisis intervention weekend may be an option to consider.

When individuals are experiencing high levels of distress due to severe unprocessed trauma, the support system around them can feel helpless and at a loss. An individual experiencing a crisis, such as addiction, PTSD, bipolar or schizophrenia symptoms, eating disorder, severe depression, suicidal ideation, or self-harming behaviors, can experience such a deep sense of hopelessness, exhibited in harmful or reckless behaviors, due to overwhelming despair that things will never change. If you or someone you love is not ready for residential treatment, our crisis intervention weekend may be an option.

*This option is reserved for individuals experiencing active, severe thoughts and behaviors that could potentially lead to harm of others or self.

Weekend Rate Option Only $3500 includes: 2 nights, 15 hours integrative counseling approach with trauma specialist, all meals & lodging, treatment plan, 3 months of follow-ups (*for 2 people – trusted companion or caregiver required for overnight stay).
