At the heart of my work is helping people identify and break the patterns that keep them stuck — in their lifestyle, in their relationships, and in the way they respond to stress, so they can build ones that actually serve them. This applies broadly, whether someone is working through relationship conflict, anxiety, life transitions, or something more specific.
Increasingly, my focus has extended to the place where trauma, chronic stress, and physical health intersect.
Mental and physical health are not separate systems. They are in constant feedback with one another, and the brain plays a far larger role in chronic pain and chronic illness than most people realize: how we think about our bodies, and what we believe about our symptoms, can directly shape how those symptoms persist or resolve.
I work extensively with clients experiencing chronic pain and unexplained chronic illness — conditions that have often been through the medical system without a clear diagnosis or lasting relief.
My approach is holistic and systemic, and it prioritizes active change in patterns and lifestyle over insight alone. Rather than only talking about symptoms, we work to identify and shift the underlying patterns (nervous system, behavioral, relational) that keep them in place.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a central part of this work. I use it not just for classic trauma processing, but as a tool to trace unexplained physical symptoms back to their root: often chronic stress or unresolved trauma stored in the body. Getting to that root cause, rather than managing symptoms indirectly, is usually where lasting change becomes possible.
I'm currently in my second year of a four-year training program in homeopathy, which I'm integrating into my clinical perspective as another lens on treating the whole person — mind and body together, not as separate problems to be solved separately.

Angelica Patton, DC
Doctor of Chiropractic
Angelica graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017, where her deep involvement in the fitness community sparked a passion for understanding the human body and exploring alternative medicine. She continued her education at Parker Chiropractic College, earning her degree in April 2021. Angelica views movement as medicine, emphasizing the body is designed for motion. This philosophy underpins her approach to chiropractic treatment, where she draws on extensive knowledge of soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation strategies, and neuromuscular patterning.
Angelica’s care is holistic, tailored to each individual’s needs and designed to enhance their overall well-being. She aims to support the full expression of each person’s vitality and health. When she's not treating patients, you can find her either hoisting heavy things off the ground at mediocre speeds, reading a book that was definitely recommended by someone else, or, spending quality time with her husband and their pup!

Rachel DeJong, FNC, CPT
Program Director, Certified Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor / Functional Nutrition Counselor
She grew up playing sports and was always very active and healthy. It wasn't until a serious injury took away her ability to move for a while that the Lord opened Rachel’s eyes to something more than sports. He taught her the value of stewarding her body as a whole for the sake of her physical wellness and, most importantly, His glory.
Rachel’s passion for teaching others the same thing is mixed with a love of competition & movement that creates a challenging, hopefully fun & sweaty experience! She is certified through ACE and brings experience from strength training classes, aerobic training, HIIT classes, mobility & sports performance. She loves riding horses, reading books, and renovating her home with her husband. She is currently enrolled in the Functional Nutrition Alliance a she pursues her functional nutrition certification.

Kelsey Webb, GFI
Member Care Director/Group Fitness Instructor
Hi, I’m Kelsey — a boy mom to Jax and Jace, wife to my husband Brandon since 2017, and proud to call Bryan, TX home. I taught first grade for six years and hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
I also played college basketball, an experience that shaped me deeply and taught me that my worth is not found in performance or productivity. Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine, but a recent experience with rhabdomyolysis was a wake-up call that redefined how I approach strength, rest, and balance.
Today, I’m passionate about helping women—especially moms—build confidence, strength, and sustainable wellness without burnout. I’m excited to bring music, energy, and good vibes into this community, creating a space that feels motivating, empowering, and fun.

I learned a lot at Texas A&M Rec Sports, my first training gig, specifically about coaching and helping people walk the line between aggressive betterment and safe practice. Owning and operating an online training business since 2017, which has given me the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds, goals, and walks of life. My time in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets helped hone my discipline, perseverance, leadership, to make me a more of an asset as a coach.
I am deeply passionate about self-betterment and believe that fitness can be an incredible avenue for developing discipline, confidence, resilience, and mastery in a new discipline. I love building relationships with people while taking them safely outside of their comfort zone.
