Made Well House
Membership is a FREE GIFT with your monthly service.
Our unique membership model is designed to create a loving environment for organic relationships to grow through the common mission of healing. Membership applies only to the person receiving service and only in the month of their service. Valid services include;
- Pure Family Medicine Subscription,
- Chiropractic Care,
- Massage Appointments,
- Counseling Sessions,
- Personal Training,
- Esthetic Appointments,
- Group Fitness Subscription.
Membership renews each month, so you must have an appointment or class scheduled within the calendar month to be considered a member of the house. There is no catch. No contract. Membership is our ministry and thank you!

2 hour max per stay. May use one shift in am and another in pm.
*Per Texas Health & Human Services, we are required to remind you of the following: MWH is not a certified daycare center. Parents must remain on premises at all times. Parents are not allowed to leave their child in childcare services for more than 2 hours at a time, and must be on campus for the sole purpose of attending a provider session, fitness class, or educational group/workshop.

Membership applies only to the individual receiving paid services with a Made Well provider for the month of their service. (Does not apply to children, spouses, friends, or free support group attendees.)
*Door code will renew on 1st of each month, check email or text reminder for code. You must be actively receiving a service in the month of your membership to be on campus or in house.
**30-day notice is required to pause or cancel your fitness subscription.
Our campus is not open to a member's spouse, friend, co-worker, or child outside of childcare. Our campus is open only to a paying member. We do not receive unscheduled drop-ins. Our office hours are not open to the public. You are welcome to call or email the office to schedule a free consultation or tour. These policies are strictly enforced through 24-hour security monitoring for our community's safety.
